If i could give zero stars in would. I have had them for 6 years always had slow connections they always tried to get you to upgrade to solve the issue but It was always the same slow speed. The true frustration came when I relocated for work in June called the 12th to have internet set up at the new place the scheduled a tech for the 20th. The then canceled the appointment because they set it up for my old address then after calling to get help was told next availability would be the 26th. Funny ad says same day installation yet I was a loyal customer moving and put me on the back burner for 2 weeks I work from home and kept explaining im canceling if you can get someone out sooner long story short found another provider thay hooked up internet the same day. I was also paying over 120$ im now paying under 40 for better service dont use xfinity if you dont have too.

Was told by Xfinity that I could go into the store and pick up my new modem as a new customer drove 30 miles just to be told I need my i.d no other options the manager didn’t try to be helpful or have some kind of understanding. Now it’s going on 5 days Xfinity is still waiting on this specific store to ship my modem out to me because this store doesn’t have a dedicated team member who can take the packages at this time? As a person who runs their own business I can tell right now fire that manager get you a new one who will make sure that the store duties come first and new customers feel like they made a good choice for internet provider because if I’m going off first impressions this store is complete garbage

Long time customer (36+ years) with a terrible experience. Had a service call set up, changed my plans to be ready. Tech never showed. Not even a text or phone call for an explanation. Appalling lack of concern at my local xFinity store. 0 stars. Will be checking the competition for a better supplier. P.S. Had to place a 1 star review as the website would not let me post a 0 star review.

I’ve never really had great customer service experiences from Xfinity/Comcast before. But I have to say this was a pleasant experience. Someone was there to greet at the door get, me in the queue, and get me taken care of quickly and efficiently. I was impressed. The store was clean, neat and looked new and inviting the staff was friendly and helpful.

The customer service is terrible. They don’t allow you to disconnect your service to prevent accumulating more towards your bill if you have a past due balance. Which you would think is smart. They make it mandatory for you to pay your past due balance and turn in your equipment before they can actually process your disconnection, but your bill still accumulates even though service is interrupted. They don’t take into account people with hardships either. They don’t allow you to set up a payment arrangement if for whatever reason the first one doesn’t process, which is understandable but there are businesses that will accommodate and allow you to set up another arrangement if needed or pay a minimum balance , not the full past due balance. The workers over the phone are rude and over talk you and then going into the store is ridiculous as well. They are money hungry and it’s not worth it . Whether you pay for the equipment or not. It makes no sense for my bill to continue to accrue if the service has been interrupted regardless of reasoning. Find a better provider elsewhere.
